Introducing the T10i In-Ear Headphone [RELEASE]

28.08.2014
RHA today announced the introduction of the T10i noise isolating, in-ear headphone featuring high fidelity dynamic drivers with interchangeable tuning filters. The T10i will debut at Berlin consumer electronics trade show, IFA, from 5th September.
Using the handmade dynamic driver (model 770.1), the T10i is engineered to reproduce all genres of music with high levels of accuracy and detail. A custom tuning filter system also allows for frequency response adjustment; in addition to a reference filter offering RHA’s true-to-life sound signature, the T10i also includes filters to adjust bass or treble response. Each high fidelity driver is encased in an ergonomic stainless steel housing made using the pioneering metal injection moulding (MIM) process. During the creation of the housings, stainless steel is subjected to 1300°C heat for up to ten hours to ensure the steel is the correct shape and density for outstanding comfort and durability. “The T10i in-ear headphone has a wealth of features that came about as the result of our ongoing R&D in high end audio. It takes some of the pioneering technologies, materials and engineering processes we developed for use with our forthcoming range of specialist, high impedance IEMs and makes them available in a product that can be powered by a smartphone or tablet,” said Lewis Heath, Product Director at RHA. Other features include a 1.35m, oxygen-free copper cable with 3-button remote and microphone for use with Apple devices and patent pending mouldable over-ear hooks. Accessories include a premium carry case and ten pairs of silicone and memory foam ear tips in multiple shapes and sizes with holder. The RHA T10i in-ear headphone carries a three year manufacturer’s warranty and will be available from October 2014 with an MSRP of £149.95 / €179.95 / $199.95. Attendees of IFA 2014 in Berlin will have the opportunity to audition the T10i before anyone else with an exclusive preview at Europe's biggest consumer electronics show.
